Daniel J. Serber is the Founder and Managing Director of Serber & Associates, P.A. Under Mr. Serber's leadership, Serber & Associates, P.A. has expanded, diversified and extended its geographic reach, transforming from a sole practitioner domestic Florida firm to a prominent firm with several attorneys licensed to practice law in many jurisdiction in the United States and Latin America.

Mr. Serber is a frequent speaker on business and investment opportunities between the United States and Latin America where he discusses how to properly structure foreign investment in the United States in order to help reduce legal and tax liabilities. Mr. Serber has spoken at various international real estate expositions and forums, including in Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Mexico advising foreign nationals on real estate investments procedures, structuring and taxation.

Mr. Serber has extensive experience in a variety of aspects related to assisting foreign clients in establishing a presence in the United States. He represents clients in the corporate, commercial and real estate areas. In the corporate area, Mr. Serber represents clients in matters such as the creation of business organizations, shareholder and partner relationship structures, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and distribution agreements. Mr. Serber also helps his clients analyze and navigate the regulatory frameworks that apply to their particular industries. Mr. Serber has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including representation of real estate developers, preparation of condominium documents, drafting and negotiating commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements as well as commercial and residential leases. Mr. Serber has represented thousands of clients in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and advising clients on lending transactions. Serber & Associates, P.A. has obtained the prestigious First American Title Insurance Company Top Ten Agent Award for the past eight years.

Mr. Serber has extensive practical business management experience and has launched and successfully managed several businesses in diverse industries above and beyond his practice of law. Consequently, Mr. Serber's legal advice to his corporate clients always contains a practical business point of view.

Mr. Serber served on the Advisory Board of the Hillary Clinton's Presidential Campaign, advising on Latin American political and economic affairs and other key issues such as the implementation of free trade agreements. Mr. Serber is active in numerous civic leadership and public interest organizations, particularly in Florida and Argentina. In Florida, for example, Mr. Serber has served on the Tauber Academy School Board and on the Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center temple board. He has also organized a number of charity events promoting Jewish education. Mr. Serber is also an active member of the Beth Torah temple in North Miami Beach. In Argentina, he has actively assisted the Fundación Torneos y Competencias para la Educación ("Fundación TyC").

Prior to launching Serber & Associates, P.A. Mr. Serber was an Associate at Blaxberg, Grayson & Singer, P.A, were he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, probate, corporate, real estate and transactional law. Mr. Serber worked at Blaxberg, Grayson & Singer, P.A. from July 1995 through February of 2000, when he launched Serber & Associates, P.A. Mr. Serber was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 and was admitted and qualified to the Bar of the District of Columbia in 1995.

Mr. Serber obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from University of Florida College of Law, and obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1991 from the University of Miami, School of Business, with a double major in Legal Studies and Economics. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Serber served as President of the Spanish American Law Student Association and President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and made the University of Florida College of Law Dean's List. He also was awarded with the University of Florida College of Law "Diploma de Honor" for his leadership role and commitment to the Spanish American Law Student Association and the College of Law. After graduating from Law School Mr. Serber participated in the one year Inter-American LLM program at the University of Miami School of Law.
